State Pageant Recruiter

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• 1Identify, recruit, and onboard pageant participants within the assigned state.
• 2Conduct outreach through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, phone, and community networking.
• 3Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, salons, boutiques, churches, colleges, nonprofits, influencers, and women's groups.
• 4Attend local events, expos, community gatherings, and networking functions.
• 5Represent Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant professionally in public settings.
• 6Conduct face-to-face recruitment and information sessions.
• 7Manage daily online recruitment campaigns and messaging.
• 8Track leads, follow-ups, and candidate conversions using the built-in CRM.
• 9Host virtual information sessions and candidate onboarding calls.
• 10Submit weekly activity and performance reports.
• 11Maintain accurate documentation of applicants, outreach activity, and candidate status.
• 12Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer engagement, pageants, modeling, events, brand promotion, public speaking, ministry outreach, or social media engagement preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and networking.
• Proficient in social media platforms and basic digital tools.
• Ability to travel locally within assigned state.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be trainable, dependable, organized, and professional.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pageants, modeling, events, recruiting, sales, marketing, ministry outreach, brand promotion, or community engagement.
• Background in commission-based sales or recruiting.
• Existing network within community organizations, women's groups, schools, salons, boutiques, churches, nonprofits, or influencer circles.
• Comfort using social media to attract leads and communicate with prospects.
