Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a contestant, purchasing tickets, voting, or making donations through the Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this platform.

2. Contestant Registration

All contestants must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Pay a non-refundable $50 entry fee
• Complete orientation and sign the commitment contract
• Complete all required courses before the August 1, 2026 deadline
• Submit weekly community activities and business essays by Tuesday 11:59 PM CT
• Reach their $2,500 fundraising goal by August 1, 2026
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Entry Fee

The $50 entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This fee covers registration processing, platform access, and administrative costs. No exceptions will be made for refunds of the entry fee.

4. Tickets, Votes, and Donations

All purchases made through this platform, including but not limited to:

• Event tickets ($50), VIP tickets ($100), and Executive tickets ($200)
• Contestant votes (minimum $5)
• Contestant fundraising donations

Are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: contestant withdrawal, event cancellation, rescheduling, or personal circumstances. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Fundraising Requirements

Each contestant is required to raise a minimum of $2,500 by August 1, 2026. Fundraising is conducted through the platform via votes, donations, and referral credits. Contestants who fail to meet the fundraising requirement may be disqualified from participation.

7. Referral Program

Contestants earn $20 credit toward their $2,500 goal for each new contestant who registers using their referral code and pays the $50 entry fee. Referral credits are only applied after the referred contestant's payment is confirmed.

8. Disqualification

Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for:

• Failure to complete required courses or orientation
• Failure to meet fundraising requirements
• Violation of pageant rules or code of conduct
• Providing false or misleading information
• Inappropriate behavior or conduct

Disqualified contestants forfeit all fees, tickets, and fundraising amounts. No refunds will be issued.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes with the payment processor.

10. Privacy and Data

Contestant information, photos, and profiles may be displayed publicly on the platform. By registering, contestants consent to the public display of their information for pageant promotional purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant, Dr. Kenton Edward Emmanuel Connor ("Founder"), and all directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, judges, hosts, recruiters, and affiliated parties (collectively, "Protected Parties") are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

• Participation in the pageant or any related activities
• Use of the platform or any services provided
• Attendance at events or interactions with other participants
• Any content posted by users or third parties
• Technical failures, data loss, or security breaches
• Actions or omissions of other participants or third parties

Maximum Liability: The total liability of the Protected Parties shall not exceed the amount you paid to Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant, or $50, whichever is less. All participation is at your own risk.

11A. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your participation in any Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant activities
• Your violation of these terms or any applicable law
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Any claim made by a third party arising from your actions

11B. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose or be permanently barred.

12. Live Video Access and Communication Consent

By using the Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant Live Video feature, joining a waiting room, entering a live session, scheduling an interview, or accepting a meeting link, you agree to provide accurate contact information and consent to being contacted by Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant for pageant-related, administrative, recruiting, marketing, scheduling, interview, event, and follow-up purposes.

You agree not to misuse the live video feature, disrupt meetings, record sessions without permission, harass participants, impersonate another person, share private links without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant reserves the right to deny access, remove participants, cancel sessions, disable accounts, or restrict use of the Live Video feature for safety, security, administrative, or policy reasons.

13. Changes to Terms

Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Contestants will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
