Policy Overview

Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant operates a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. By making any payment through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued for any reason
• No exchanges or credits will be provided
• No exceptions will be made under any circumstances

1. Contestant Entry Fee - $50

No refunds will be issued regardless of:

• Contestant withdrawal or decision not to participate
• Disqualification for any reason
• Failure to meet fundraising requirements
• Failure to complete required courses or orientation
• Personal circumstances, emergencies, or hardships
• Change of mind or regret
• Technical issues or platform problems

2. Event Tickets

No refunds will be issued for tickets regardless of:

• Inability to attend the event
• Event date or time changes
• Event postponement or rescheduling
• Event cancellation for any reason
• Venue changes
• Personal emergencies, illness, or travel issues
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Dissatisfaction with the event

Important: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. They are valid only for the purchaser whose name appears on the ticket.

3. Contestant Votes

No refunds will be issued for votes regardless of:

• Voting for the wrong contestant by mistake
• Contestant withdrawal or disqualification
• Change of mind about supporting a contestant
• Duplicate votes or payment errors
• Contestant performance or placement in the pageant
• Disagreement with pageant results

4. Donations to Contestants

No refunds will be issued for donations regardless of:

• Donating to the wrong contestant by mistake
• Contestant withdrawal, disqualification, or failure to meet goals
• Change of mind or donor's remorse
• How the contestant uses the donated funds
• Contestant performance or pageant results
• Personal financial circumstances of the donor

Note: Donations are contributions to support contestants in reaching their fundraising goals. They are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

5. Payment Processing Errors

In the rare event of duplicate charges or technical payment processing errors, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. However, intentional duplicate purchases (such as buying multiple votes or tickets) are not considered errors and are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy may result in:

• Immediate disqualification from the pageant (for contestants)
• Revocation of tickets and access to events
• Cancellation of votes
• Legal action to recover funds and damages
• Permanent ban from all future Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant events

7. Why This Policy Exists

This strict no-refund policy exists because all funds collected are immediately allocated to event planning, venue booking, contestant resources, platform maintenance, and operational costs. Refunding payments would compromise our ability to deliver a quality pageant experience for all participants.

8. Your Responsibility

Before making any payment:

• Carefully review all payment details and amounts
• Verify you are selecting the correct contestant
• Ensure you understand this refund policy completely
• Confirm you have the financial means to commit to the payment
• Review important dates and deadlines
